• They’re displayed on your public sitter profile. Great reviews will encourage new pet owners to book with you.
  
  
• Maintaining a high star rating lets potential pet owners know that pet owners—and their pets—love working with you. 

How do pet owners leave reviews?

After your first booking has ended, the pet owner will automatically receive an email from Rover asking them to leave a review.

You can also encourage them to leave reviews by messaging them directly. We recommend being kind, gracious, and brief in your message—you could say something like, “I loved watching Fido! If he had as much fun as I did, would you mind leaving me a review?”
