How do I change my account email address?

Whether you're an owner or a pet care provider, you can easily update your email address on file with your Rover account. Here's how: 

  1. Sign in to your Rover account, then click here to access the profile management page.
  2. Scroll down to the section titled Your email address, then select change.
  3. Enter your new email address, then select Send confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the original email address on file.

  4. Check your email and select the confirmation link within the email to indicate you've authorized the email address update. That's it! Your email address will now be updated.
