A service is considered booked once you’ve submitted payment for the booking and your sitter has accepted the booking request. Not sure if your service has been booked yet? Here are two ways to tell:
Once your service has been booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Rover.
Any service listed in the Upcoming bookings or Past bookings section of your Rover inbox, indicates that the current/upcoming or past service has been booked. Follow these steps to get to your Upcoming/Past bookings section:
1. Navigate to your inbox by selecting the conversation icon.
2. Select Upcoming bookings or Past bookings.
If you’re not seeing the stay in the Upcoming bookings or Past bookings section of your inbox, check the Pending requests and Archived requests sections of your inbox. If the request is pending or archived, that indicates that the service has not been booked yet, this means that you still need to submit payment for the request and/or your sitter still needs to accept the booking request.
