Who is eligible to receive this promo code?
This promotion is for people whose employers are enrolled in the Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Program offered to its employees.
Can I share my coupons / use other employee coupons?
No, coupons can't be shared. For more information on proper use of this benefit, please contact Bright Horizons at 0800-247-1101.
How do I request back-up pet care?
You can request this in your Back-Up Care portal. Once you do this, you'll receive a promo code via email from Bright Horizons.
Does this promo code expire?
Yes. The Back-Up Care Program is designed for you to request care when you need it. When you request to use Rover back-up pet care, you agree to redeem the promo code within 90 days of receiving the email from Bright Horizons.
What happens to this credit if my booking gets cancelled?
If you paid for a booking with coupons or credits and the booking is cancelled, those credits will be added back to your account as long as they haven't expired.
Can I add this voucher to a booking that starts further out than 90 days?
Bright Horizons codes must be applied to a booking that starts before its expiration date. For example, if you received a code from Bright Horizons that expires on June 28, your booking must start before June 28.
