What has happened to direct bookings?

Once an owner has selected a sitter from the search results, they’ll need to start a conversation with the sitter. An owner can do this by opening a conversation through the "contact" button on a sitter’s profile. When the owner has opened the conversation, they’ll be able to send a booking request by clicking or tapping the "book it now" button. Sitters can also send the owner a booking pre-approval once the owner has started the conversation. In both cases, sitter and owner will have 72 hours to accept the booking.
